About Me

Hi, I'm Lisa,

I became a Nutritional Therapist because of my own experience of feeling unwell for years without real answers.

I was dealing with IBS, chronic migraines, and chronic fatigue that left me exhausted and frustrated. Standard tests kept coming back normal, but normal did not match how I felt day to day. It was only when I saw a Nutritional Therapist myself that things began to make sense. For the first time someone looked at the full picture, joined the dots, and helped me understand what was actually going on in my body.​ That experience changed everything. And it is why I do what I do now.

I trained for three years at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, graduating with a distinction, and I have been working with clients ever since who are in exactly the position I once was. Tired of managing symptoms. Tired of being told everything looks fine. Ready for a proper explanation and a plan that actually works.

My approach is rooted in functional medicine. Rather than looking at symptoms in isolation, I look at the whole picture. Your gut, your hormones, your energy, your sleep, your stress, and your lifestyle. Everything is connected, and understanding how it all fits together is where the real answers tend to be found.

​I work one-to-one with people dealing with a wide range of ongoing symptoms including bloating, IBS, fatigue, hormonal imbalances, weight concerns, migraines, skin issues, and more. Every plan I create is personalised, evidence-based, and built around your life.​ My goal is not to give you a generic plan and send you on your way.
