Food Diary Review
Ideal if you want to know if you are on the right lines with your eating habits for your time of life and health goals. You complete a 7-day food diary and a short questionnaire and I will assess your current diet against your health goals and provide you with some tips and strategies to help you reach them. I’ll talk you through my recommendations in a 30-minute video or telephone consultation.
